1. Deposit and Payment Terms:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot for the Dream Chaser Mastermind at Sea.
Final Payment: If you do not choose the "Paid in Full" option, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Before 45 Days of the Event: Cancellations made more than 45 days before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Within 45 Days of the Event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 45 days of the event.

3. Transfer of Ticket:

Ticket Transfer: If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another qualified business owner. All ticket transfers must be communicated and approved by the event organizers at least 15 days before the event.

4. Non-Refundable Deposit:

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it secures your place and contributes to pre-event preparations.

5. Failure to Make Final Payment:

Due Date: Final payment is due 30 days before the event if you have not selected the "Paid in Full" option.
Failure to Pay: Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your spot and any payments made up to that point.

6. Event Cancellation by Organizers:

In the unlikely event that the Dream Chaser Mastermind at Sea is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of all payments, including the deposit, will be issued.

7. Changes to Event Details:

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or other details if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to all participants in a timely manner.
